幽門梗阻發(fā)生在幽門和十二指腸連接處，患者會(huì)出現(xiàn)消瘦無(wú)力等現(xiàn)象，要及時(shí)就醫(yī)，如果是良性病變，建議采用藥物治療，因幽門結(jié)構(gòu)特殊性，不排除病情會(huì)復(fù)發(fā)。
幽門和十二指腸連接處，一旦出現(xiàn)潰瘍或是腫瘤及息肉等狀態(tài)時(shí)，都會(huì)導(dǎo)致幽門變狹窄，從而導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)梗阻，患者會(huì)出現(xiàn)消瘦及貧血無(wú)力等現(xiàn)象，一旦出現(xiàn)上述癥狀，要及時(shí)就醫(yī)，檢查原因。
若由于潰瘍息肉所導(dǎo)致的良性病變，建議采用藥物治療，或使用胃鏡手術(shù)進(jìn)行摘除，要是患者存在年老體弱，要在幽門位置放支架，以緩解癥狀。
因?yàn)橛拈T出現(xiàn)梗阻導(dǎo)致通過(guò)障礙，胃內(nèi)容物不能夠順利進(jìn)入腸道，導(dǎo)致胃部大量潴留，繼而引發(fā)胃黏膜層的炎癥及水腫等，加上術(shù)后疤痕形成，都無(wú)法排除病情會(huì)再次復(fù)發(fā)。
