幽門(mén)梗阻的好發(fā)人群有哪些

幽門(mén)梗阻其實(shí)是其它疾病引起的一種癥狀，好發(fā)人群為本身有胃十二指腸疾病患者、有腹部腫瘤患者、先天性肥厚性幽門(mén)狹窄患者。
　　1、十二指腸球部潰瘍患者：幽門(mén)括約肌在潰瘍活動(dòng)期容易受到嚴(yán)重刺激，從而出現(xiàn)痙攣或局部組織炎癥水腫等病理變化，嚴(yán)重時(shí)可引起幽門(mén)梗阻，而因?yàn)槭改c球部潰瘍引起幽門(mén)梗阻一般是不完全性幽門(mén)梗阻，主要采取非手術(shù)法治療。
　　2、腹部腫瘤患者：最常見(jiàn)引起幽門(mén)梗阻的腹部腫瘤是胰腺癌，10%～20%胰腺癌患者可并發(fā)幽門(mén)梗阻。其他可引起幽門(mén)惡性梗阻疾病包括壺腹部腫瘤、胃癌、肝管癌等。
　　3、先天性肥厚性幽門(mén)狹窄患者：先天性肥厚性幽門(mén)狹窄患者發(fā)生幽門(mén)梗阻時(shí)間較早，好發(fā)年齡在出生后4個(gè)月以內(nèi)。
