內(nèi)痔的患者要注意自己的養(yǎng)護(hù)，不要出現(xiàn)便秘的情況，還有就會(huì)有出現(xiàn)肛門(mén)異常的情況，甚至出現(xiàn)有血，都是常見(jiàn)的，如果是脫出嚴(yán)重就需要手術(shù)治療。

痔瘡是非常嚴(yán)重的疾病，對(duì)患者的影響很大，可以分為內(nèi)痔和外痔，今天就說(shuō)說(shuō)內(nèi)痔，這類(lèi)疾病患者也會(huì)出現(xiàn)癥狀。那么，內(nèi)痔有哪些表現(xiàn)？
　　患者癥狀
　　內(nèi)痔的典型癥狀就是會(huì)出現(xiàn)肛門(mén)有異物感染的情況，患者的肛門(mén)就會(huì)出現(xiàn)疼痛的感覺(jué)，部分患者還會(huì)便血，在上廁所的時(shí)候手紙擦就可以發(fā)現(xiàn)有出血。如果是比較嚴(yán)重的患者就會(huì)有痔核脫出的情況，此時(shí)的疼痛就非常厲害，患者就會(huì)懼怕排便。
　　如果患者在脫出后沒(méi)有未能及時(shí)復(fù)位，由于括約肌痙攣，導(dǎo)致這個(gè)部位的血液回流出現(xiàn)受阻的情況，痔核也會(huì)因?yàn)槌溲霈F(xiàn)腫脹，內(nèi)如果出現(xiàn)血栓，疼痛就會(huì)非常的劇烈，形成嵌頓性?xún)?nèi)痔，應(yīng)急診手術(shù)治療。
　　內(nèi)痔的預(yù)防
　　出現(xiàn)內(nèi)痔患者應(yīng)該注意便秘，可以吃一些潤(rùn)腸通便的藥物，減少預(yù)防癥狀加重，可以適當(dāng)?shù)膽?yīng)用痔瘡栓，也可以運(yùn)用針灸針刺治療的方式，幫助減少癥狀。
