做胃鏡的危害有哪些

做胃鏡一般是指做胃鏡檢查。其危害通常包括局部出血、局部感染、咽喉腫脹、反射性嘔吐、上消化道出血等。

1.局部出血：由于導(dǎo)管通過咽喉部位到達(dá)食管、胃部以及十二指腸等，若是操作不當(dāng)或是自身部位已出現(xiàn)潰瘍的癥狀，就會(huì)導(dǎo)致局部有出血的情況，嚴(yán)重者還會(huì)引發(fā)穿孔的后果。

2.局部感染：此種情況可能是由于胃鏡檢查所使用的管子未能消毒干凈或是導(dǎo)管進(jìn)入人體食管、胃部等部位前，因?yàn)樗ㄟ^的某個(gè)部位受到病菌感染，導(dǎo)致管子上附著有病菌，從而引發(fā)其他部位受到病菌侵襲。若是局部出現(xiàn)創(chuàng)傷，未能及時(shí)采取消毒處理，就會(huì)引發(fā)局部病菌感染的后果。

3.咽喉腫脹：胃鏡檢查所使用的管子通過人體咽喉，若是持續(xù)時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)，管子會(huì)導(dǎo)致咽喉產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的異物感，引發(fā)咽喉腫脹，或者是出現(xiàn)惡心、嘔吐的情況。

4.反射性嘔吐：上述檢查容易對(duì)咽喉產(chǎn)生刺激，可能導(dǎo)致干嘔，還可能引起反射性嘔吐，容易引起食欲不振的情況。

5.上消化道出血：若操作的方式不當(dāng)，容易對(duì)局部黏膜造成損傷，從而引起上消化道出血。

建議遵醫(yī)囑進(jìn)行上述檢查，若出現(xiàn)不適情況，應(yīng)及時(shí)就醫(yī)。
