食管平滑肌瘤需要手術(shù)治療嗎

一般情況下，食管平滑肌瘤需不需要手術(shù)，根據(jù)患者病情決定。如果患者出現(xiàn)癥狀，要做手術(shù)。如果小于2cm，不用手術(shù)。具體分析如下：

1.一般情況下需要手術(shù)：雖然平滑肌瘤是一種良性的腫瘤，但是腫瘤惡變的情況還是存在的，而且它會(huì)隨著不斷長(zhǎng)大壓迫到周?chē)钠鞴佟＜词蛊交×鰶](méi)有明顯的異常，但是也會(huì)讓患者身體出現(xiàn)其他的癥狀。所以不管是良性腫瘤還是惡性腫瘤，建議在前期比較早的時(shí)候進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療切除。

2.也可以不用手術(shù)：當(dāng)然臨床上治療食管平滑肌瘤也不一定非要用手術(shù)，主要是分情況來(lái)進(jìn)行確定的，一般情況下如果檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)肌瘤小于2cm，并將患者沒(méi)有明顯的癥狀?；蛘呤腔颊弑旧砟昙o(jì)比較大。以及心肺功能都出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的話(huà)，那么不適合出現(xiàn)手術(shù)。這種情況下也可以采用其他的方法來(lái)進(jìn)行治療。前期腫瘤比較小的話(huà)，通過(guò)前期保守治療是可以消除腫瘤的。
