什么是真菌性皮癬

真菌性皮癬是指真菌引起的皮膚出現(xiàn)掉皮、瘙癢等情況，皮膚可能會出現(xiàn)水皰鱗屑型的情況，特點是發(fā)病率比較高，而且有很強的傳染性，極其容易復(fù)發(fā)。如有不適，建議及時就醫(yī)，積極配合醫(yī)生的治療。

真菌性皮癬一般是皮膚癬菌引起的，這種皮膚癬菌包括黃癬菌、白癬菌、紅色毛癬菌等，這種真菌比較喜歡在潮濕溫暖的環(huán)境中，所以在人的皮膚上是很容易出現(xiàn)的。人在出汗的時候，如果沒有及時擦干凈，這些真菌就會滋生，當(dāng)然這種真菌在足部是容易出現(xiàn)的，可能和平時沒有注意清潔有關(guān)系。頭癬一般是皮膚癬菌引起的，這些細菌會感染頭皮、毛發(fā)、毛囊，可能會形成永久性脫發(fā)。如果是手足癬、股癬患處會出現(xiàn)掉皮、紅腫、瘙癢、糜爛的情況，而且是極其容易傳染的。

患者可以使用鹽酸阿莫羅芬乳膏、盧立康唑乳膏、伊曲康唑膠囊等，也可以通過局部治療的方法來控制病情。
