RH一般是指Rh血型，Rh血型呈陽性通常是指檢測(cè)血液中紅細(xì)胞表達(dá)D抗原。具體分析如下：

Rh血型在醫(yī)學(xué)上有重要的意義，是血型分類的一種，其重要程度僅次于ABO血型系統(tǒng)。臨床上，Rh血型主要是檢測(cè)血液紅細(xì)胞中是否存在D抗原，若血液紅細(xì)胞中有D抗原則為陽性，若血液紅細(xì)胞中沒有D抗原則為陰性。一般情況下，大多數(shù)人經(jīng)檢測(cè)后Rh血型呈陽性，并不用采取特殊的治療，建議在輸血、妊娠時(shí)格外注意，避免出現(xiàn)獻(xiàn)血反應(yīng)、新生兒溶血病等問題。如果Rh陰性的母親懷有Rh陽性的胎兒，胎兒的紅細(xì)胞可能會(huì)通過胎盤進(jìn)入母體，刺激母體產(chǎn)生抗Rh抗體。這些抗體隨后可能通過胎盤進(jìn)入胎兒體內(nèi)，引起胎兒的紅細(xì)胞破壞，產(chǎn)生同族免疫性溶血。

Rh血型呈陽性是一種血液檢測(cè)結(jié)果，并沒有好壞之分，同時(shí)患者若在輸血或妊娠時(shí)做Rh血型檢測(cè)能更好地幫助醫(yī)生進(jìn)行相關(guān)治療，以免造成嚴(yán)重的后果。
