冠狀溝有小疙瘩是怎么回事

冠狀溝通常指陰莖頸。一般情況下，陰莖頸有小疙瘩可能是包皮過長、尿道炎、扁平疣、尖銳濕疣、皮脂腺囊腫等因素導(dǎo)致的。具體分析如下：

1、包皮過長：包皮過長的話，如果不及時切除，過長的包皮就會反復(fù)刺激陰莖頸部位。長時間摩擦這個部位，就很容易導(dǎo)致局部細(xì)菌感染出現(xiàn)炎癥，這樣就會形成小疙瘩。

2、尿道炎：是指由淋球菌或非淋球菌的病原體引起的急、慢性尿道炎癥，通常表現(xiàn)為尿道刺癢、尿頻、尿痛、尿道分泌物，也會有小疙瘩。

3、扁平疣：扁平疣是一種細(xì)菌感染，這種感染會導(dǎo)致身上出現(xiàn)紅色小疙瘩，不僅是陰莖頸部位，其他部位也會有。

4、尖銳濕疣：如果陰莖頸附近的小疙瘩看上去很像是菜花，并且在發(fā)病初期沒有明顯的癢痛感，發(fā)病到后來才有皮損和膿液出現(xiàn)，很有可能就是尖銳濕疣。

5、皮脂腺囊腫：陰莖頸區(qū)域的皮脂腺也可能形成囊腫，這可能會導(dǎo)致小疙瘩的出現(xiàn)。這些囊腫通常是良性的，但某些情況下可能需要處理。
