2.肛周膿腫：患者如果是肛周膿腫引起的肛門(mén)疼痛，一般可以在醫(yī)生的指導(dǎo)下使用藥物治療，如鹽酸左氧氟沙星膠囊、氨芐西林膠囊等抗生素藥物。如果藥物治療不佳，可以進(jìn)行膿腫切開(kāi)引流手術(shù)。
