艾滋病的初期癥狀可能是惡心、發(fā)熱、呼吸困難等。不同患者所表現(xiàn)出的癥狀不同，患者出現(xiàn)不適后，需及時(shí)就醫(yī)。

1.惡心：艾滋病可導(dǎo)致患者的消化系統(tǒng)異常，表現(xiàn)為惡心，此時(shí)患者會(huì)有食欲減退的表現(xiàn)，嚴(yán)重時(shí)還可能導(dǎo)致大便出現(xiàn)異常。

2.發(fā)熱：患有艾滋病時(shí)，患者體內(nèi)存在病毒感染，可能導(dǎo)致持續(xù)發(fā)熱，發(fā)熱嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)使淋巴結(jié)腫大，用手觸碰，可能表現(xiàn)為局部的硬結(jié)。

3.呼吸困難：病毒的入侵會(huì)影響患者的呼吸系統(tǒng)，導(dǎo)致頻繁咳嗽、胸痛，持續(xù)很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間后，患者可能有明顯的呼吸困難，此時(shí)還可能伴有咯血。

除以上相對(duì)常見(jiàn)癥狀外，患者還可能出現(xiàn)偏癱。建議患者出現(xiàn)不適及時(shí)到醫(yī)院檢查，確診后，需要遵醫(yī)囑服用依非韋倫片、恩曲他濱替諾福韋片等藥物進(jìn)行改善。
