皮膚癌不會(huì)傳染，所有的腫瘤都沒(méi)有傳染性，部分腫瘤有遺傳傾向。過(guò)度受到日光中具有傷害性的紫外線（UV）輻射是造成皮膚癌的首要原因。紫外線的輻射會(huì)損傷DNA，并且抑制人體免疫系統(tǒng)，從而加速腫瘤細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)。根據(jù)美國(guó)癌癥協(xié)會(huì)的數(shù)據(jù)，今年在美國(guó)有9,800例皮膚癌致死病例。
其中最多的是惡性黑色素瘤，占了7,600例，另外2,200例則是由基底細(xì)胞癌和鱗狀細(xì)胞癌引起。傳染簡(jiǎn)單地說(shuō)就是某種疾病從一個(gè)人身上通過(guò)某種途徑傳播到另一個(gè)人身上。傳染必須具備三個(gè)條件：傳染源、傳播途徑及易感人群，三者缺一不可。臨床資料證明，癌癥病人本身并不是傳染源，所以不會(huì)傳染。
